The Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) – The CAST LA was established in 1998 in the wake of the El Monte sweatshop case where 72 Thai garment workers were kept for eight years in slavery and debt bondage. CAST is a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual human rights organization located in Los Angeles that has been nationally and internationally recognized for its dedication to the identification of trafficking survivors, the mobilization of all sectors of the community to identify and advocate against trafficking, and the provision of direct services for victims.

Courage to Be You – Courage to Be You, Inc. Is an international, 501(c)(3), non-profit organization that helps people discover their purpose in life. In doing this, the world is changed… one individual at a time. The organization is building a home in Northern California for girls who are rescued from trafficking.

Home Foundation – dedicated to the eradication of human trafficking both domestically and abroad. Through advocacy, education and relief efforts, the Home Foundation is committed to end the suffering of women and children sold into sexual slavery.

International Justice Mission – International Justice Mission is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local officials to ensure immediate victim rescue and aftercare, to prosecute perpetrators and to promote functioning public justice systems.

Love146 - works toward the abolition of child sex trafficking and exploitation through prevention and aftercare. Love146 trains aftercare workers, multiplies safe homes, aids socioeconomic development programs in high risk communities and provides a voice for these victims of modern-day slavery.

Makeway Partners – Passionate to share the Hope of the Gospel with the least of these, Make Way Partners uses two criteria to select places of ministry: (1) Where women & children are at highest risk of human trafficking, forced prostitution and other forms of modern-day slavery. (2) Where little to no other help is available because it is considered either “too” dangerous, “too” expensive or “too” remote for most people to go.

Missey – MISSSEY is a project based out of Alameda County that was created to respond to the epidemic of the commercial sexual exploitation of children, especially in the form of child/teen prostitution.

Not for Sale – The Not For Sale Campaign equips and mobilizes Smart Activists to deploy innovative solutions to re-abolish slavery in their own backyards and across the globe. Together, we can end slavery in our lifetime.

Oasis USA – is based in Los Angeles amongst the most extreme divide of rich and poor. We believe that every individual deserves full life. It is for this reason that we work in the heart of some of the poorest communities in Los Angeles and around the world with the aim of bringing transformation – socially, spiritually, emotionally, educationally, physically and environmentally – helping people to live life to its fullest.  Oasis started Stop the Traffik. Polaris Project – Polaris Project’s vision is for a world without slavery. Named after the North Star that guided slaves towards freedom along the Underground Railroad, Polaris Project has been providing a comprehensive approach to combating human trafficking and modern-day slavery since 2002.

Rescue and Restore Campaign – ATIP leads the HHS Rescue and Restore Victims of Human Trafficking public awareness campaign, which established Rescue and Restore coalitions in 24 cities, regions and States. These community action groups are comprised of NGO leaders, academics, students, law enforcement agents, and other key stakeholders who are committed to addressing the problem of human trafficking in their own communities.

SAGE (Standing Against Global Exploitation) – Located in San Francisco – Standing Against Global Exploitation Project–or the SAGE Project–is a nonprofit organization with one primary aim: bringing an end to the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adults (CSE/CSEC). We at SAGE contribute to that goal by raising awareness about CSE/CSEC issues, and by providing outreach and services to CSE/CSEC survivors.

Salvation Army – click on “Programs that Help”, then “Fight Human Trafficking” The Initiative Against Sexual Trafficking (IAST) is a distinctive partnership of organizations (spearheaded by The Salvation Army National Headquarters) united in their desire to abolish the sex trafficking of women and children — one of the largest and most destructive routes into slavery in the world today.  We exist to create and equip a new abolition movement for the eradication of sexual trafficking, the protection of survivors, and the prosecution of traffickers and exploiters.

STOP THE TRAFFIK - is a global movement against the trafficking of people. It has more than 1000 member organizations in 50 countries & a grass roots following of ordinary activists around the world. STOP THE TRAFFIK is a global movement working to combat the fastest growing global crime, people trafficking. Around the world men, women and children are being treated as commodities–something to be bought, sold, and enslaved.
